JC's class got more interesting with each passing day for Justin as the two dancers spent more time together, getting food after a full day usually. They were falling into a friendly atmosphere and Justin tried to forget the way JC had told him that he made it a point not to get involved with anyone who was part of the company for fear of awkwardness if it didn't work out. He hated hearing that, now that he had finally admitted that he was on a path that was leading to really wanting Joshua Chasez.

"Justin, focus," his voice cut through Justin's thoughts and he immediately shook his head and concentrated on fouettés and making them while his body stayed in the exact same spot. JC called his name again and he stopped when the instructor walked to him. "You're forgetting the hip placement again," he shifted Justin's body. "And don't use too much force. Make the initial movement sharp, then let the rest of your leg follow through the whip. You'll be able to do more that way." Justin nodded and pretended he didn't notice the burning heat on his hips where JC's hands had just been.
